The next Sunday Northern Soul and Motown session at the Boat & Horses, Trent Road, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1LP is on Sunday 6th March from 3 to 8pm. Admission £4 (just £2 before 4pm). Guest DJs Tony Clarke and Dave Cox. Sprung wooden dance floor and large free car park. Another brilliant afternoon last time with plenty of dancers. Let's try to make it even better this month at this fantastic venue.

Heanor Sunday afternoon sessions are a great way  to enjoy a few hours of sublime music, a catch up with friends and a chilled drink. Our next session is on Sunday 6th March 3 till 8pm - just £2 on the door.
We're proud of our music policy, it's all original vinyl -  we get DJs with superb collections of northern soul and ask them to dig a little bit deeper than usual and show us what they maybe don't play at the big venues - the little gems, the slow burners, the under-the-radar but oh so soulful sounds.
This month we have two guys bringing some great records with them - Clive Henderson and Steve Brown.
Your host John Smith will be keeping the quality tunes coming as usual  and Simon Richard will be spinning some seriously good Motown from his collection of US demos.
Why not pop down and give your ears a treat!
There's a free car park, so no problems if you're driving.
