About The Event

Soul Brew are still planning on sticking to the third Friday of every month to avoid clashing with other events locally - here are a few details for our October jaunt at The Harold Club.🙂

The Harold's got it all - a warm welcome & fab, friendly atmosphere; great sound system; top-notch dance floor with absolutely no need at all for talc; bar prices at WMC rates; large car park & good transport links. It's situated on the main road, with easy access from Chain Bar Roundabout & close to Low Moor train station. There's even a nice hotel (The Guide Post) less than 10 mins walk away for those who fancy making a weekend of it!

We tend to limit numbers to 120 max in order to make sure everyone has a seat & also a space on a not-too-crowded dance floor, so please be early to avoid disappointment.

    Hi all - Kath here with a bit of feedback from last night at The Harold Club.
    By the time we officially opened the doors at 8pm, we had around 20 people in, so it was already shaping up to be a good night. In the end we didn't have quite so many as on our first few events at The Harold due to other events nearby, but still a decent turn out with a great atmosphere. All the feedback was good & absolutely everyone said they'd had a really good night. The DJs played a good range of tunes - big thanks to Soul Brew DJs Marc, Stuart & Steve - plus our guest DJ Lawrence Grimshaw - for keeping the dance floor busy. Well done guys! 
    Thanks to all those who turned out to support us - as always you are all very much appreciated! Thanks too to Chris Jenkinson, who took lots of photos of the night.
    Now we're looking forward to our next event at The Harold on Friday 15th November, when our guest DJ will be Steve Sowerbuttts & the tunes will be banging oldies & stompers all the way! Hope you can make it to join us. :thumbup:
