Motown Album Help Please

Hi fellas

I have just picked up a couple of Motown albums. One of them I'm pretty sure is quite common which is 'Diana Ross & The Supremes with The Temptations Together' This is nice, in mint condition and on the US Motown label (MS 692)

The one I can't find anything about is called 'Motown sixteen super smashes'. It is on the orange Dutch Motown label and again is in Mint condition. The matrix number is '5C 062-96024'

I have done a comprehensive search on the interweb, and it's not coming up with anything. Is there anyone on here who has any idea of anything about it, is it rare, and why isn't it catalogued anywhere?
