I was reading the local paper the other day and in the In Memorium section was a lad I used to work with who died a year ago aged 34.

Later that day I was listening to The Chosen Few - Birth of a Playboy and the lyrics really struck me, part of the song goes something like this:

( After singing about his failure to find a true love )

"Now thats it...... I quit.... I'm fed up,

from now on.....this is my song

I'm gonna swing and party till I'm grey

Forget about tomorrow and live for today... HEY HEY

thats the birth of a playboy..............."
