I don't think it was ever mentionned : in France we had recently a fantastic book on Motown, "Motown, Soul & Glamour", written by Florent Mazzoleni and Gilles Petard.

Wonderfully illustrated thanks to Gilles Petard (former Head of Motown France, record label owner and collector extraordinaire) this hardbound book just came out a couple of weeks ago over here.

definitely a must have for all ya soul and motown lovers .

And yes great unseen pictures in France .

even if you can't read french it's definitely worth any penny just for the amazing illustrations .
