1) Ray Frazier & The Shades Of Madness 'Lonliness' / 'I Who Have Nothing (Am Somebody)' (Stanson / Ex) *£600*

( I'm grading this down from Ex+ ONLY cos it's got a tiny edge warp which doesn't affect play at all but is definitely noticeable so I must highlight it - listen to the clip/s below, it's non-audible...2 stunning sides of black music for yer dollah... ) ***SOLD***

2) Bobby Reed 'The Time Is Right For Love' / 'If I Don't Love You' (Bell / Ex+) *£350*

( As we all well know, this is much tougher on red/white demo than stock press. Again - only graded down from M- as the label is lifting very slightly on the 'Time Is Right...' side - plays completely flawlessly - check the soundfiles... ) ***SOLD***

3) Rawl Soul Express 'The Way We Live' / 'This Thing Called Music' (Cat / Ex+) *£400*

( Again - grades very, very high - only downgraded from M- cos of the drill hole on the label - looks almost unplayed to me - 2 fantastic sides - withdrawn upon release cos the band's name was mis-spelt therefore creating instant rarity... ) ***SOLD***

4) Milton Campbell & The R-D-M Band 'Someone' / 'Sweet Thing' (Zoom / Ex) *£200*

( Tough one to find - and I'm unable to find out much info about this at all...'Someone' is a killer Crossover track which very, very few collectors / DJs even know yet and 'Sweet Thing' is heavy Funk...graded Ex as the 'Sweet Thing' label has two 'x's scribbled on it and the wax has a few marks here and there - non-sounding as the soundfiles will testify...if those pesky x's weren't there, I'd slap £300 on this with confidence... )

5) Marva Broome 'Mystifying Mama' (Horse Ex+/Ex+) *£125*

( Personal fave here, hard one to pigeon-hole - elements of Soul, Funk and Jazz on this one - cracking pic sleeve and a French-only press - have a listen to this - it's a corker...backed by the mighty Art Ensemble Of Chicago... ) ***SOLD***
