Which Vicki Anderson Lp To Get?

Hi, I'm looking to get a Vicki Anderson LP on Vinyl. I know there is "Message from a Soul Sister" and the "Mother Popcorn" Anthology. I already have the anthology on MP3 but it was a very recent release. Does anyone know when the "Message from a Soul Sister" LP was released on Famous Flame?

For the few extra quid I can get the double anthology LP but does "message from a soul sister have a more authentic sound or is it just as modern a release as the anthology?
