Bobby's Mowest Rarest?

Bobby Taylor's 'Just a little bit closer' is a beautiful record, achingly soulful; and IMHO apart from the deluge of feel-good gospel-style "la-la-las" in the middle-8 is a faultless piece.

My question is this, is it really the rarest Mowest single? I've seen it mentioned as such. Is this based on fact? On its price? Anyone know for sure? Anyone care?
