If you are talking about the US version on RCA, you can pick up a copy on ebay for between $5 and $10.

If you're referring to the reggae mash up of "Love Me", it's one of two bootleg 45s that put Sam Cooke's voice over Studio 1 rhythms from the late 60s. They were put out about 4-5 years ago, in pic sleeves, as "Caribbean Cooke" Vols. 1 & 2.

Although they're both out of print now you can still pick these up from many reggae dealers for around a fiver. I think my pal Phil Etgart (philetgart@tinyworld.co.uk) still keeps both in stock if anyone's interested.
