Found this website yesterday, wigancasiononline. While

looking at through the gallerysection, see the link below

It states that the photos are from Russ Winstanleys collection. Take a look at the bottom left picture (the one with all the chairs), it says from the link casino-empty.jpg.

This is NOT the casino, If I'm not mistaken it looks very much like the Beachcomer holiday camp in Cleethorpes after an allnighter at the soul weekender organised by Mr Croasdell.

No...it seems as though it's being passed of as its Wigan.

On looking a this website, the photograph is also in the book The in Crowd: The Story of the Northern and Rare Soul Scene by Mike Ritson, Stuart Russell.
