Hi - used but has not been used much - been in a cupboard for about 2/3 years..... checked and still works perfectly.

Mains or battery - AC adaptor supplied - 3 speeds 45,33,78 - pitch and tone controls, volume control, internal speaker or headphone socket

No USB port - has audio ports in/out (red/white) - picture is taken from the web - but it's the same model.

Has the original hard plastic cover that clips over the deck that also makes a carry handle.

Built in cartridge - stylus included - plays perfectly - and the arm can be locked down for protection when being carried.

Weighs 4lb on my bathroom scales
