The latest release from Outta Sight. Licenced in from owners of the Dial catalogue, on lookalike Dial label.

The 45 contains the well known released version, plus the (as I understand it) unreleased original recording which is 4.23 minutes long (compared to the released 3.42 version). The master tapes mark the released version as "with strings", which suggests they were added after the original recording and mix.ie there are no strings on the unreleased version, which more than holds it own against the version that was released.
