I would say yes......the album is available as a legal download from itunes for $11.99:thumbsup:

If they're legally downloading and paying for the tracks then transferring them to CD every time they fulfill an order then they're only technically breaking the rules, and as long as the artist's getting paid no one's going to care. But firstly I doubt that they do, and secondly you'll only be getting Mp3 quality tracks on your CD.

I could be misjudging them on point one, but point two is solid...
