John Manship's got a nice UK Stateside stock copy on his site at the moment for £22.00, which doesn't seem unreasonable to me.

There's also a mint minus Amy DJ copy on GEMM, from Times Square Records, for fifty bucks.

I'm sure you've looked at both of those but it never hurts to mention, does it?
