Not sure if this will be of interest to anyone but i have a copy of
Generation X - Charles Hamblett and Jane Deverson (1964) Fawcett Gold Medal paperback
The cover has some slight tears but the spine itself is unbroken with no pages missing.
With a tag line of 'British Teenagers speak out for themselves and against the world', the book dealt with the thoughts and feelings of 60's youth, subjects including sex, drugs, work, mods, rockers, all using quotes from those interviewed .
Theres even reference to the Mod who said he would 'pay by cheque' when fined for being bit of a bugger at Margate ...... turns out he didnt have a cheque book loll !!!
Its a brill book to read
