Soul City - Info / Value ?

Hi - is this issue a pukka issue ? there seem to be less about than the Goodtime issues/demos - it states manufactured in the Philippines - also any info on the value - there was one on popsike (ebay) in 2008 @ £88 and one was listed on Soul Source in 2007 @ £100 - is that about the right price for Ex ?

Much rarer on Cameo than the Goodtime release, although the sound quality always sounds a bit muffled to my ears, like the vinyl is poor quality.

Only ever seen 3 copies on the Cameo label in 30 years !
