Don Varner - Veep 1296

Anyone post me a scan of Don Varner's one and only elusive release on Veep (both sides) and if possible a sound file of the "A" side - Meet me in church ?
 
Know it was voided before release, on December 18, 1968. Never seen a copy, but understand a boxful went to Holland many moons ago. Sure that there must be copies out there, somewhere - probably hiding in deep soul collections.
 
Appreciate any info, pics, soundfiles you can provide.
