In a word, yes.

NM postal charges are just the same as in any other US State. Shouldn't therefore cost any more than it would to mail from New York, Los Angeles or wherever.

But if that's the seller's price, and he made it clear in advance that it would be, you don't have much of an argument against his extortion really.

oh no he says send paypal money as a gift and he will charge $8 for p&p but then If my record is damaged or dosent arrive ive got no comeback fook it will take that chance
