Rodney Ellis - That Girl

I'm wondering if anyone can help?

I'm searching for a rare track (doesn't matter if it's vinyl or CD, or anything for that matter!), a cover of Stevie Wonder's 'That Girl' by a vocalist called Rodney Ellis.

There's a version of the song by the hip-hop artist M.J.G which features Rodney Ellis singing the chorus, but the version I'm after is the much rarer cut with Ellis singing the whole track.

Any help in locating this gem would be very much appreciated as I've been trying and failing for a few years now!
