Right,,,Just had a surreal conversation. About 22 years ago I got into Acid House music as a side project to the normal Soul thing,as it were! Hacienda and all that !..been there done that..I kept telling them! I met a young man by the name of Martin Brown. Now then, tonight I'm at a 50th birthday party and Martin is there, not seen him for 20 years. He freaks out and says I saw your name on a Northern Soul poster as a dj! I didnt know you were into that ? Then he says youre not gonna believe what I'm gonna tell you now... My dad was Gerry Brown ! My wifes dad is.....Alan Day!!! FFS! Blown away... how many coincidences is there at play there then !
