I am very sorry to announce that the Newquay Weekender set for Sep 30/Oct 2 has been cancelled by me.,
This is due to cancellations of bookings and a number of bookings not being confirmed.
The problem seems to be a combination of the bleak economic situation out there and the success of our Newquay Weekender in May which has led to lots of people booking places for the 2012 Early May Holiday Weekender which takes place from May 4 to 6 again at The Cliffdene Hotel (they love our crowd and the event) and deciding to give the Sep/October one a miss.
I apologise for the inconvenience caused to those who have booked. I have contacted or am in process of contacting everyone who has booked to arrange a refund, or if people prefer a transfer of their booking to the to the May 2012 Weekender.
