LOT OF MOTOWN PLAYED, BUT A FEW NORTHERN TRACKS ALSO,WE WERE TO YOUNG TO DRINK THEN, BUT WE HAD SOME GREAT TIMES THERE! i went to chiltons when i was 14, that would be 1970, it was a dance school if i remember right, we all lived down the rd in blackley, we used to get a beer in a pub round the back, think it was called the sun, yes loads of motown played , though the only type of northern i remember would be , johnny johnson and frankie valli type of thing, also reggae. just remembered the owners name ..ted chilton.
