Can you help me put a name, title and label of this track please.

Obviously girlie northern but this has escaped me totally.

Just to add. If it is that, then it was on the LP "Are You Ready For This" on Imperial label. Don't know if it was released on 7" 45.

It also appears that the album was remastered and released on CD in 2005.
