Found a copy of this last week for $1, it's a lesser copy but it probably plays fine (I haven't listened to it yet as I just got back into town). I can't find any info on this aside from the 2 $1200 VG+ (or best offer) copies on ebay, one of which has 2 declined offers and the other has no offers. Anybody know what a VG-/VG copy of this 45 is worth in the real world? I have no idea.
My copy is a white label promo copy as seen below, the catalog numbers are K8598 for the VG- House Rent Party side and K8690 for the VG She's Just Right For Me side. I'll ultimately sell or trade this so feel free to message me if you're interested, I can record it too.
