This record is a promo (from 1963/64 a great year for R&B!). I checked the record under a strong light and I'd say it is a very cautious VG+ (light superficial scratches throughout, as opposed to a glossy surface) with a minor scuff at the end of "Gold diggin' man" side which causes a few clicks (hear the soundclip), but it's right at the end and only lasts for few seconds so the record can be mixed without problems. Also, there is a minor scuff on the label.
