GENE CHANDLER - THE GIRL DON'T CARE / MY LOVE (BRUNSWICK) Ex £10 Quality mid-tempo 2-sider from this Chicago legend. Largely overlooked nowdays. Nice Brunswick issue. D/H in label. Plays loud and clear. BETTY EVERETT - I CAN'T SAY (ABC -PROMO) E+ £35 Superb 60's atmospheric tune from Betty with Johnny Pate taking a role behind the scenes adding that "class" factor! Much tougher ABC WLP you rarely see in good nick (if at all!). Lovely copy. VONTASTICS - I'LL NEVER SAY GOODBYE (SATELLITE) VG+ £100 Blinding Chicago soul dancer! Big tune at "Solid Hit Soul" for Shane Cox. Nice VG+ issue copy. If you don't know it take a listen to that brass intro. Blow you out your seat stuff indeed!
