please apologise if this is the wrong section to post this, I immediately delete it if you want.

ebay seller vusmachsta is selling some 45s on ebay. I bought a 45 on his last auction which I never received. of course he also did not refund the money too. actually he was just trying to delay the whole thing so that I forget about it. I kept sending him messages through ebay at least once a month, he never responded.

I just thought it is worth to post this here. I am not that type of guy who usually does this, but in this case I just felt it fair. maybe he is a nice guy, but in my case he really did not act as someone you may call nice person.
