Bill Brandon - Streets Got My Lady - Piedmont Demo (Mono/Stereo) VG+

Stereo side vinyl is squeaky clean and plays well, mono side one feint mark that does not affect play

Slightly grubby label drags it down from Ex (no mp3 as I already had one from a cd)

Vinyl is in top condition, some slight damage to the edge of the label on the mono side (about 10% of the circumference)
