visual grade: VG-, lots of hairline scratches label wear, and a few feel-able scratches that click (albeit not too badly) for the first 20 or so seconds.

play grade: VG, plays through wonderfully with a little background noise and some audible pops, "sounds much better than it looks". This has been my DJ copy for years, now passing it on.
