Went to a big soul night last weekend (1 of many over a long period of time) and was again unimpressed by the lack of variation of tunes that were played over 3 nights and an afternoon, which was made even more annoying as the organizers had set up a system whereby you could text the DJ direct on stage with requests yet they still persisted in running through what appeared to be a standard playlist that they'd set up for the weekend anyone had any similar experiences?
