Hi all…..got the below quality Northern record for sale, fantastic oldie and what a record……guaranteed original, picked up from the states about 12 years ago.All details have been confirmed against Manship’s info as an original.It is the press with “I NEVER KNEW” and “IN 6311” scratched into the run-out.The matrix number is lighter scratched in than the song title.

So here’s the bad news: unfortunately, it’s not in the best condition, I’d say VG-.The labels are worn, and the vinyl looks like it wasn’t keep in a sleeve for a lot of its life and so has a number of marks, scuffs, etc. It also has a previous owners name scratched into the deadwax in the run-out (see pic below). It’s not the best condition and so if you’re after a clean copy then this certainly isn’t the one for you.
However, if you take a listen to the sound file below it plays OK.There are clicks and pops, but when the main music kicks in it plays better.I’ve also DJ’d with this record a few times and it played well for me.It is therefore assumed, if you want it then you accept the condition of the record ‘as is’.It’s not a clean copy but a lesser condition one.If you need any more information please PM or email me.
I wasn’t that sure how to price, but as a M- goes to auction, for probably £500 to £600 or even more, I’ve decided to price it at less than half price to suit its condition.A number have also sold on Ebay in this condition for this amount of money too.
