has any one got a orig copy of johnny hampton not my girl

i unstand that the orig copy has a moulded label and has nashvillie martrix stamp in the dead wax ?

TUNE..yes the original has moulded label,vinyl with a nashville matrix stamp,would scan but useless!! Have a look at Manships rarest of the rare
