I have an EX copy of this near mythical bay area monster -- A side is an excellent funk workout with beautiful sweet soul on the flip. There are only a few known copies and the single copy that showed up on ebay in the past 10 years went for just about $1600 in VG condition.
Practically M- save for a few extremely light surface / paper scuffs and an ultra subtle dish (that i may actually be imagining!) that dnap.
I'm asking $2000 or best offer. I've reduced the initial asking price by $500 because I'd really would like to move this.
