Today the UK's independent and specialist bookstore for soul, blues and jazz lovers A Nickel And A Nail brings you the latest book published today by Keith Rylatt, a Modus Publication, on the origins of the Tamla Motown Appreciation Society, the Motown acts' first steps into the UK in 1964 and the birth of the UK Tamla Motown label. The story is illustrated by some great photographs, many previously unseen and memorabilia. Follow the link here for all the blurb and ordering:

Forgot to add, sticking with the Motown fest theme, all orders made at A Nickel And A Nail for Keith Rylatt's "Hitsville!" book this weekend will also go in the hat for a chance to pick up a hardback copy of "The Story of the Supremes" by Daryl Easlea. Lucky person will be notified after 4pm tomorrow night.
