Add jpsoul045 to your blocked bidder list. My first fraudulent chargeback in a long time.
Took him forever to pay for a $40 record, then charged back immediately when it arrived. 
Claimed I sent him a badly broken copy of a 45 I have mint stock on (not that it was damaged in the mail). Didn't ask if I had a replacement copy (which anyone who actually wanted the record would).

He has loads of good feedback, but yeah...sellers can't leave negatives.
