That clip is from a programme which was on channel 4 during the early '90s called The Story Of The Twist- which partially looked at the early history of Black American RnB, there is one clip which shows some guys in Harlem during the early'50s, dancing on a street corner, doing moves that wouldn't look out of place at any Northern soul do even now...btw i would love to have a dress like Ruth's...wonder if it comes in a plus size Delxx
