They wont pay up for my Harry Starr never had that problem as a private person, but as I work for a company that send out loads of parcels, we always received the money if a parcel got lost..but I guess there is a difference between registered small parcels and fully insured parcels.. Have you asked the guy who sent it off to ask for an official research? It usually takes some time, but you should get your money back... Cheers, Stefan
