THE VILLAGE CHOIR Street Opera LP

I was offered a copy of the very rare LP by the Village Choir "Street Opera With Blues Waltz" SCM Ringer in near mint condition. I usually deal primarily in 45's only so I'm not that up on the rare soul LP market. Are there any Soul Sourcers that might be interested in this album and what might you be willing to pay in US dollars? Since the asking price of the LP is not exactly cheap I'm on the fence as whether to pick it up or not as I don't want to get stuck with something I overpaid for.
