Does anyone own The Avons - Push a little harder / Oh, Gee baby - Groove PICTURE COVER?

I know there are images on the net but I DON'T need these. I need scans / pics of your own copies to specific requirements. Please PM me if you can help. Kinda desperate as working to a deadline....thanks in advance.
