Disc is cracked fully from centre to outer edge (see pictures).
If not damaged condition would be VG+ (WOL)
Attached soundfile is recorded from disc 'as is'.
I have not attempted to 'repair' disc (although I imagine sound quality would improve slightly with some stabilisation of crack [tape/glue to reverse]). I will leave that to anyone who may wish to do this.
