Help Needed To Identify If This Is A Boot Or Not

I've seen a copy of Marie Knight - Come on Baby (Okeh 4-7147). Matrix on vinyl is zsp56118.

What makes me wonder is that the label is yellow.

Never seen one of these.

Can anybody tell me if it's kosher or a boot?
