It is used and has been reset to factory setting, It is in full working order and it is in excellent condition with a couple of hairline scratches on the rear. 

Always used in a case with a screen protector, so no scratches on screen.

The touch screen and buttons are in full working order.

Genuine reason for sale as I have upgraded to a iPad pro.
