2  Gay Jamison – Stay Another Day – Turntable WDJ Ex+ £250.00 small mark on label only, record library file numbers w.o.l on flip vinyl M-, Bell sound stamped femme fatale big city soul, atmospheric production mid-tempo grower of the highest order, right up there with Annabelle Fox, Marion Stewart etc, first spun at Parr Hall back in the 80’s & only the 2nd copy I’ve had since

3  La Reine La Mar – That’s Not The Way To Love – Cloud M- £350.00 complete with card mounted full page promotional ad for the release of the record in October 1965, see scan, a lovely collector’s item, dramatic vocals & production on this big city soul girlie grower with the same backing as Marion Stewarts I Must Be Losing You

4  George McCurn – You Say You Don’t Want Me – Reprise WDJ Ex £75.00 a few slight scuffs that do not affect play on this gravelly voiced dramatic production mid-tempo grower in company sleeve, ½ price books at £150.00

5  Roy Milton – Have It Your Way – Movin’ Ex £75.00 pressed on lightly pitted vinyl but plays as M-, looks worse than it is hence ½ price books at £150.00, great raw / gritty mid-tempo R & B dancer, ex Hideaway & Middleton spin

6  Soul Sisters – So Much Love – Sue WDJ M- £350.00 vinyl demo copy, overlooked mid-tempo girlie perfection from this great duo, had plays over the last 15 – 20 years via the Wilton & Cleethorpes 6T’s Weekenders & more recently on Dean Anderson’s Sounds Of Soul show & Something Different Soul Club all dayers, signed by the writer on the card cover, the great Sidney Barnes nearly 15 years ago at the Dome, a real nice item set to have it’s day - SOLD
