After spending more than half my life searching for a copy I'm not expecting to turn up a copy any time soon but I'd appreciate knowing what people think the price would be in the current market if one does turn up. Further more if anyone has a copy they want to part with please let me know.

Many thanks for that. Sadly I must have missed it as I would have had a real go to get it but at least they do turn up from time to time so I may get lucky yet.
