As the time has gone on and we hear more Modern sounds played out within Northern soul i have wondered if all would be acceptable

because i wonder this as if i did a spot all Northern soul and modern/crossover would get played but kinda think that some Modern soul songs don't sound right and shouldn't get played with these oldies what do you all think

You need to apply the Dulux colour chart rule, blue and green should not be seen ( perhaps that should be heard). It really depends on what your idea of blue and green are. If you're colour blind then it does become a problem
