Just been to an exhibition in Birkenhead's Williamson Gallery . It was about worse Album or CD covers . It was hilarious you wonder what they were thinking . No doubt the choices were often made without the artist's input .

Overwhelmingly they had nothing to do with our music however there was a few featured . Irma Thomas's In Beteen Tears was , I have always thought it was odd .

So has anyone got a 'Worst' Album/CD cover ?

Ben Atkins - Patchouli LP contains some nice blue eyed soul. The record company Stax even impregnated the sleeve with essence of patchouli which is still faintly present on my copy. 
Utterly bizarre then to have a double spread of Atkins on a sub standard bog in the back woods.  It’s meant to be ironic I suppose but it’s just bizarre.
