3   Mary Johnson – Hard Forgetting Memories b/w You Have My Blessings – Federal 45-12506 WDJ M- £60 mint release date stamped demo of this raw drivin’ mid-tempo R & B dancer with a great flip, mostly issues listed now

4   Betty Lavett – Witch Craft In The Air b/w You Killed The Love – Lu-pine L-123 WDJ M- £75 great early raw haunting Detroit mid-tempo side packed full of spookiness including a bubbling cauldron in the background & lots of cackles, very hard on a mint demo & signed by Betty herself, note the spelling of Lavett – no ‘e’

5   The Spindles – To Make You Mine b/w And The Band Played On – ABC 10802 WDJ M- £125 ex Wilton spin, superb mid-tempo group dancer & classic flip, nice mint copy

6   The Tempos – Beginning Of The End b/w Sad Sad Memories – Soul Town 102 M- £150 this is The Young Hearts & what a great double sider, a Bobby Saunders production, seen listed recently at $300, this is a mint copy & the rarer label number as this also came out as Soul Town (1) Sad Sad Memories as vocal with an instrumental flip, Beginning Of The End is a superb mid-tempo group harmony mover & in real terms one of the hardest on the label     -     SOLD 

7   Bobby Williams – It’s All Over b/w When You Play (You Gotta Pay) – Sure-Shot 5013 Demo M- £100 release date typed on sleeve this came via a radio station, a lovely mint demo, great Detroit produced double sider arranged by Joe Hunter, a fabulous upbeat dancer & mid-tempo flip, at his best     -     SOLD
