3   Garland Green – Ain’t That Good Enough b/w Love Now Pay Later – Revue R11030 Demo M- £175 awesome double sider, silky smooth mid-tempo dancer & upbeat funky edged flip same as Lee Shot Williams on Gamma, two great Giant Enterprise productions on a lovely mint demo

4   Garland Green – Angel Baby b/w You Played On A Player – Uni 55213 M- £35 two great mid-tempo sides on a mint vinyl issue, another superb Armstead, Collins & Terry Giant Enterprise production

5   Deon Jackson – Ooh Baby – Carla 45-2537 M- £35 just so good, mid-tempo Detroit perfection & a vinyl copy

6   Freddy King – One Hundred Years – Federal 45-12491 M- £45 just great, raw mid-tempo R & B mover big in the 90’s & ripe for revival, mint copy

7   Gwen McCrae – Lead Me On – Columbia 4-45214 Demo Ex+ £40 release date stamped on flip 31 Aug 1970 & what a version of the Bobby Bland Duke classic, slight label wear, flip is marked / badly pressed vinyl but this side plays as M-, great mid-tempo dancer & still so popular

8   Johnny Nash – I’m Leaving b/w Oh Mary Don’t You Weep – W.I. RCA Victor 58-0030 Ex+ £40 rare & obscure Port of Spain Trinidad West Indies issue for this soulful ska influenced mid-tempo dancer & great flip, matrix stamped RCA numbering & a slightly different backing to the US Groove issue, nice item

9   Cleo Randle – Big City Lights b/w You Got Everything – Sta-Set 406 M- £175 what a voice, great Chicago double sider, raw pleading mid-tempo grower & raucous upbeat flip, same as Charles Farren on Hawk

10 Jimmy Seals – The Yesterday Of Our Love – Challenge 59299 Demo Ex+ £350 slight cue burn / hiss on run-in only then plays superbly throughout, feint surface marks only hence conservative pricing, ex Stafford floor filler & Moving Parts c/up that’s remained popular & hard to find     -     SOLD
