I'm in the process of clearing my mum and dad house and they have some beautiful at least 1950s bedroom furniture they are too nice to throw away and if anyone would like them they are free but would need collecting and dismantling in barnsley and I have friends who would help at this end let me know by pm if interested

They look in very nice condition.

If you haven't had a takers you could offer them to Beamish Living History museum over in the North East. They have just extended with a 1950's themed street. Houses, Cinema and shops all built to emulate the 1950's.
