Hi all, Throwing a charity do in January in Failsworth, Manchester and would be grateful if anyone out there could donate some freebies to raffle off. The do is in memory of a great friend HERBY who died 10 years ago in work related accident. He fell from scaffolding and died seven days later of massive head injuries. He was a scooterist and avid soul fan. We are hoping to raise money for B.A.S.I.C (brain and spinal injuries centre manchester and also for the Gretaer Manchester Hazards Centre. BASIC helps people who have survived brain trauma and their families, the Hazards Centre helps to raise awareness of Health and Safety at work and has been great support to Linzi (herby's Wife) and their children.

The event is to be a two room event, one room of soul, and one ska and scooter sounds. Please see events for more details (JAN 26th)

Anyone who can donate anything would be much appreciated, and obviously we welcome everyone to attend on the day.

For any info, details of Charities etc please pm me

kind regards Deb

I would just like to add that B.A.S.I.C. help people who have suffered from Brain haemorrages, brain tumours, Head/spinal injuries, stroke and brain CANCER. So if anyone can spare anything to donate to raffle off at the event in January, it would be most helpful. To date had only ONE reply..............
